We had a wonderful stay. The house decor was tasteful and gorgeous. Every room was comfortable and filled with natural light. The laundry room was pristine, the sun porch exquisite and the kitchen had every convenience. The Garage eatery was an easy walk and had lots of food choices. I rank this amazing home a 10 out of 10.

This home is beautiful. Everything was in perfect, new condition. Hosts were extremely responsive. And the screened in back porch is seriously amazing. So wonderful I’d like to move into the house. It was so wonderful to sit out there each evening, so peaceful, quiet and lovely to not be bothered by bugs thanks to the screens. We would absolutely stay again

Best location! Our group had a great stay! Very central to some great restaurants and activities in the Bottleworks District! We especially loved the sliding patio doors and extra outdoor seating. We could have stayed there all day! The cornhole set was great bonus for being outside. The rooms were spacious and they all had air purifiers. The bed mattresses were hard for our group’s liking but not a deal breaker. Highly recommend this home!

This was by far one of the best places we have ever stayed! I love a good kitchen and this house did not disappoint! The kitchen alone was worth the stay but it got even better from there! 5 star accommodations all the way! Thank you Hilda for being such a wonderful host!

100% refund up to 30 days before arrival. 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival.
What are your check-in and check-out polices?
Check-in starts at 4:00pm. You will received a code the day before your stay for self check-in.
Check-out time is 11:00am. Our cleaners come shortly after this to prepare the home for the next guest.
Are parties allowed?
Zero tolerance for parties. This home is in a residential neighborhood and could lose our ability to rent this home if there is a party. If one is reported we unfortunately have to call local law enforcement immediately.
Quiet hours are 9pm to 7am. Please do not play loud music outside the home.
Can I smoke or drink in the home?
No smoking of any kind inside the home. If we detect the home has been smoked in we will need to charge you a large cleaning fee to ozone the property.
Be responsible with alcohol in this home. We are not responsible for any injuries or harm related to drug or alcohol use.
A $450 refundable security deposit will be held on your credit card on file the day before check-out and will be released within 7 days.
